Rusty was surprised at how much we were paying for our homeowner’s insurance and how much it was increasing our monthly mortgage payment. He encouraged us to shop around, and as a result, we were able to find better coverage at a lower premium ultimately lowering our payment considerably. We never would have thought to look, if not for Rusty looking out for us.
