Katie took over the file half way through the transaction and never skipped a beat. She was on the ball at all times, and got us to the closing table.
It wasn't an easy transaction, but she made it look easy.

He was on top of what I had to do from the start. Blake is the mortgage pro, I used a different lender with my first mortgage and the other guy was soo pushy on making me want to lock in a rate, working with Blake, he educated me and walked me through the process and when it came time to lock in my rate, was patient and waited for the best time for me to get a great rate
