Sherry was great to work with but the overall experience felt rushed sometimes and a lot of things were needed from us last minute which made the situation even more stressful.

Mr. Hurd and his team made an extremely stressful process seem so easy! He kept us informed every step of the way and anytime there was an issue, it was basically taken care of before we even knew about it. Even when the buyers side did not have all of their information correct, Mr. Hurd went above and beyond to make sure it did not affect the buying of our home. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone!

My wife and I thought this would be one of our most stressful experiences. In the past if always has been. I am shocked, and pleased to share that it was actually an enjoyable and easy experience. We did not have ten thousand things to turn in and everything was automatically sent to us with check points on where we were at in the process and where we needed to go. It was in one word, amazing! No hoops to jump through! We will be returning to Jeff, Denise and the rest of the Hurd home team for all my mortgage needs. Thank God for professional people like the Hurds!!
