She came up with several solutions to get that near impossible loan approved. She also returns emails and phone calls very promptly, including on Saturdays. The rates I got were very good. Navy Federal was just the opposite, they were hard to get in touch with, and you had to schedule phone conferences. It was way easier to deal with OVM and if you want the best service ever, ask for Crystal Inscoe.
