Cola is AMAZING! She was efficient, very knowledgeable,always a call text or email away. Lord knows I probably drive her nuts with my situation but she was able to navigate through ALL of it and get it closed! She is a true God send to me! With out her I don't think I would've been able to get through this time consuming and exhausting event.

Ms. Galvin was helpful from the start always trying to finish paperwork early. She would let you know if the "ball is in your court"

Cola's willingness to explain details and provide information on procedures and rates to ensure we had all the information prior to making decisions was beyond helpful in ensuring we were treated fairly from the start of the process all the way through to the signing of the contract. She was very clear and open in the documents required and provided a good time frame for us to ensure we provided them and they were accurate.
