Origination team was great. Once we were passed to underwriting it didnt seem like there was much communication between representatives. Last minute requests are very frustrating when the information has already been provided.

I appreciated the flexibility the team had. There were technological hiccups, but everyone remained positive even when stutter steps were taken.
By the end I realized I was really taken care of, and a complex thing didn’t become a Frankenstein of parts, there were simply slices taken out at reasonable stages.
