From initial contact through to closing day - Jake has been fantastic with communication, very responsive and informative. As a first time buyer there were numerous questions, general nervousness and uncertainty about many issues. Jake was great at walking through options available & each step along the way. Jake kept me well informed and talked through each next step as they approached so that I had complete clarity what each touch point was through the process. I would highly recommend Jake as he is generous with his time, very knowledgeable and patient throughout what can be a very stressful time. All and all a great experience.
