Although Angela’s effort was great as usual my experience this time was not great due to the system or portal that is utilized. It was repetitive and didn’t save paperwork that had been submitted. In addition the underwriting portion was pathetic as far as communication and between them and Angela. They were lazy. Items they had in their possession from the beginning and no questions asked were made into last minute issues. This appears that they honestly didn’t do their job initially. Why wait until the day before closing to ask questions about things you had in your possession. From day one?

Angela was so awesome to work with. She took our calls text message and answered our email efficiently. She never acted bothered by any questions or concerns, she would make us feel very at ease. Absolutely seamless from start to end. Angela was more than attentive to our needs and easing our concerns over any discrepancy whether it was big or small. We truly could not have done this without her. We are very lucky to have had this experience with her and would do it ten times over if needed because it was that pleasant.
