Blake brought a deal back to life and worked very hard to make this transaction work for my client! When another local lender dropped my client because of a math error at the closing table Blake and the OVM team revived the deal and closed it two weeks later. Not only was I impressed with the knowledge shown and applied to make to take my clients successfully to the closing table but they kept their word through the entire process! Thank you guys for being great at servicing my and now our clients!
