The original loan coordinator I had with OVM was a hassle to get in contact with to get advice and understand the steps that we would have to take in the home buying process. He made my experience intolerable and I felt as if what I i was attempting to accomplish was unimportant to him. After speaking with company management I was matched with Bryant, and it was a complete 180. Bryant was kind, knowledgeable, and with his guidance I was able to buy my first home. I don't think I would've gotten this process complete with this company if it wasn't for him. 10/10 would recommend and plan to go to him for all future real estate purchases.
