Rob communicated clear and effectively. If there were any issues during the process he and his team took care of it right away. We felt like he really cared about us personally, and went out of his way to explain the process, and why certain things were needed. Moving from another lender to OVM was a breath of fresh air! 10/10 recommend!!

This house was trouble. I think we went under contract about 3 months before closing and it was going smooth till about 2 weeks before closing. Cailey communicated often with us about the process and getting everything taken care of, that needed to be repaired by the seller, and getting the rate locked in for us. Samantha was also a huge help with getting all of the documents submitted to make sure that when it was ready, we were good to go. Best team we have worked with tk get everything taken care of and it was so seamless on our end because of Cailey and Samantha.
