As a first-time homebuyer, I had a general knowledge of the mortgage lending process through taking various courses and doing research online. However, having a guide who is experienced in all areas of the process is still needed. Blake was that guide from beginning to end. Blake was accessible, responsive, and engaging. It was clear that he had my best interest at heart as well. I especially appreciate Blake’s guidance in navigating the highs and lows of the bidding wars and deals falling through, as well as interest rates being in jeopardy due to postponed closings.
