Steve Holland

Steve is a lifelong resident of the Virginia Beach area and a graduate of James Madison University. He has been involved in the financial industry for more than a decade, including working with Fortune 500 companies. Steve believes strongly in developing solid, long-lasting relationships with his clients and the local business community. He continues to develop an outstanding reputation among his clients by providing exceptional knowledge of the current mortgage products available to them in today’s ever-changing marketplace.

When away from the office, Steve enjoys the beach, biking, boating, golfing, cooking, football, and spending time with friends, family, and church. He is a former commercial airline pilot and believes that there is nothing in life that can’t be accomplished with hard work and dedication. That mentality is exactly what Steve brings to all of his clients. Steve says, “Nobody cares how much you know until they know how much you care. I care and will work hard for you. I do what other's can't and what they can do, I do better!”
