About the Team
Quinn Constantz is an accomplished loan originator with OVM Financial. He grew up in the Hampton Roads region and attended Salem High School in Virginia Beach.
His career in Mortgage Loan Origination seemed a natural fit, as he was raised in a family of realtors going back to his grandmother. His dual Business and Music degree from West Virginia University, where he graduated in 2019 with honors, helped provide Quinn with the tools required to assist his clients in purchasing their next home.
Quinn has been helping families with the home financing process for over a year and has facilitated well over 100 home loan closings during that time as the primary loan originator. In his first year of business, Quinn oversaw and closed over $37 million in volume, earning his spot in the President’s Club at OVM, one of the youngest ever to be awarded the title. He specializes in VA, Conventional, and FHA loans, but is well versed in VHDA loans and jumbo non-conforming loans as well. Quinn has experience assisting buyers with the purchase of vacation homes and investment properties and is happy to help prospective homeowners with any mortgage related questions they might have.
When not at work, Quinn enjoys traveling (one of his most memorable trips was a study abroad program in London), attending concerts and festivals, DJing for friends and playing both bass and keyboard.
