Growing up with two military parents, Mandi has lived in and experienced countries and cultures all over the world. Traveling all the way from Japan to Spain, United States’ east coast to west coast and back again, she landed in the Tidewater area and now calls Virginia Beach, VA home. Working with BB&T for many years, she was always drawn to helping people achieve their goals, and best of all helping fearful clients have the best and least stressful experience possible while working towards them.

Coming to OVM, Mandi was drawn to both the wealth of knowledge and guidance offered, as well as the mindset of constant improvement she saw from everyone around her. Even still, what she loves the most is the kindness and generosity not only for the employees but the community.

Outside of work, she has 2 awesome little boys who keep her on her toes, loves spending time relaxing with family at home (maybe a little too much), and routinely refers to herself as a “junk food connoisseur.”
