About the Team
Before joining OVM, Krystal Jones spent over 10 years in the banking industry, where she specialized in assisting clients with debt consolidation and home renovations by using the equity of their home. This expansive knowledge in Home Equity Loans led her to an interest in the mortgage world, and ultimately to her success as a loan officer!
In her own words, “Becoming a LO was personal for me, as I wanted to be empowered to provide the knowledge to clients so that they can approach the process of making the biggest purchase in their lives, their home, with confidence.”
On weekends, Krystal goes out into the community and feeds the less fortunate, as she loves to serve. Her family is the most important thing in her life – she loves to spend her free time going to museums and aquariums and relaxing on a beach or at the park with her husband and children. She also enjoys traveling to attend professional football games!
Ultimately, Krystal’s goal is to assist clients with becoming homeowners with the unique resources that she has accumulated over her years of experience in the industry.
