Inside Sales Agent

Primary Purpose and Function

The Inside Sales Agent is responsible for contacting past clients as well as referrals that have not yet become a client and touching base to ensure that their needs are being met. If the needs have changed or the contact has questions, ISA will convert the contact into an active client and refer them to the proper area for follow up. ISA will have access to daily pipelines, which will include numerous sources and types of contacts. ISA will primarily make outbound calls but will be expected to answer any incoming calls that result from their out bounding activity. In addition to these sales generating calls, ISA will also call current clients on specific anniversary/birthday dates as an extension of the MB Team. ISA will typically work 8 hours a day.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Making sure we are contacting clients regularly
• Managing daily pipelines
• Calling all non-contacted referrals daily
• Managing contact file within Jungo to update status/activity
• Managing the follow up on converted clients to ensure no one is left behind
• Communicating with supervisor to ensure that we are utilizing the best methods to convert contacts

Pay Structure

Hourly Base Pay

  • ISA will receive $24,000.00 annually as base compensation

Bonus for each conversion

  • ISA will receive $10 for credit of less than 620
  •  ISA will receive $40 for credit of 620-640
  • ISA will receive $75 for credit of 640+

 Commission for any conversion that closes

  • ISA will receive $100 for any loan that closes that they converted.

Work Schedule

Full time, in the office: Mon – Fri – 9 to 5:30 Monday/Wednesday/Friday and 11 to 7:30 Tues/Thursday.
